Attico Santa Eularia Des Riu

Santa Eularia des Riu occupies the northeast coast of Ibiza and has a distinct character that sets it apart from the island’s more frenetic southern resorts. It is the only river town on the Balearic Islands, built around the Riu de Santa Eulalia, and its seafront promenade, the Passeig de s’Alamera, gives the town a measured, residential quality. The marina is the social anchor of the town, drawing a year-round community of boat owners, families, and long-term residents rather than a purely seasonal crowd.

The marina area has direct access to Cala Pada and Es Canar beaches within a short drive. The town centre offers supermarkets, pharmacies, and daily markets. Restaurants along the promenade include Es Terral and La Bodega. The weekly hippy market at Las Dalias in Sant Carles is fifteen minutes by car.

Santa Eularia is approximately 15 kilometres from Ibiza Town, a 20-minute drive via the C-733. Ibiza Airport is roughly 25 kilometres away, around 30 minutes by car, and operates direct routes to major European cities including London, Barcelona, Madrid, Amsterdam, and Paris. Regular ferry services from the port of Ibiza connect to Formentera, Mallorca, Valencia, and Barcelona, with the Ibiza to Barcelona crossing taking approximately eight hours overnight.
