Es Moli den Bau is an institution for people who love historical architecture, Mallorcan architecture, and Mallorcan craftsmanship, with the possibility of converting it into a fantastic residential property.

The mill became famous thanks to the internationally renowned restaurant, led by star chef Tomeu Caledentey, the first Mallorcan to be awarded a Michelin star (since 2004).

The roof terrace was inaugurated in 2016 as a solarium/terrace. The mill can be used not only as a restaurant but also as a spacious residential property.

The 14th-century mill was restored in 1993 and built on Roman ruins. It is one of the largest grain mills on the island.

Tastefully restored, it was constructed with Mallorcan materials and lovingly rebuilt according to traditional Mallorcan craftsmanship. Materials include natural sandstone from the Mares, marble, and hand-fired terracotta floors. Underfloor heating was also installed in the main vaults of the mill.

A jewel for lovers of historic architecture and Mallorcan craftsmanship, it is an ideal place especially for art lovers. The round vaults on the ground floor also delight gourmets.
