Villa Sant Llorenç

Sos Ferreres is an agricultural estate situated between the towns of Manacor and Colònia de Sant Pere.

It stands out as a traditionally Mallorcan construction characterised by its dry stone walls on its 25.2 hectares of land, divided into plots equally delimited by handmade walls. Dedicated to the growing of nuts, almond and carob trees, its entire surface has a drip irrigation system.

Three different buildings are currently used for multiple purposes: the main house of 368 sqm is divided into two floors. The ground floor consists of three bedrooms, one of them en suite plus a separate bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with lots of character and access to one of the porches where you can eat and cook in the stone oven, the living room with a fireplace to heat the house and the dining room which communicates with the kitchen and has access to the back garden with orange and lemon trees. The first floor has a large hall which also serves as a living room, a bedroom with dressing room, bathroom and terrace with views of the bay of Alcúdia and a large laundry room also with a terrace. The annex located at the back of the house is divided into three rooms, one of them for the batteries of the solar panels and another one with the alternator and the gasoil tank. The property, completely self-sufficient, is equipped with its own borehole that collects water from a depth of 180 metres.
