Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is a small inland municipality in the eastern part of Mallorca, sitting between the Serra de Llevant hills and the coastal plain that stretches toward Cala Millor and Sa Coma. The area is defined by dry-stone walls, almond groves, and traditional Mallorcan farmhouses, with a pace and character that remains largely unchanged.
