Villa Sant Josep De Sa Talaia

Port des Torrent sits in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, on the southwest coast of Ibiza, within one of the island’s most consistently desirable residential corridors. The area is characterised by low-density villa development, pine-covered hillsides, and proximity to the sea without the congestion of the resort zones. It occupies a quiet residential pocket that feels genuinely removed from the tourist circuit while remaining within easy reach of the island’s best beaches and dining.

Cala Bassa and Cala Conta, two of Ibiza’s most photographed cove beaches, are under five minutes by car. The commercial centre of Sant Josep village, with its weekly market, supermarkets, and local restaurants, is roughly ten minutes away. San Antonio, the nearest town with a full range of services, is approximately eight kilometres west.

Ibiza Airport is around fifteen kilometres from Port des Torrent, typically a fifteen to twenty minute drive via the C-731, making it one of the more practically connected residential areas on the island. The airport serves direct routes to most major European cities, with particularly strong connections to London, Paris, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt. During peak season, frequency increases substantially. Sant Josep village provides the nearest bus connections for those without a car, though private transport is the practical standard here.
