Carrer del Falco sits within Sa Carroca, a quiet residential area on the southwestern flank of Ibiza, falling under the municipality of Sant Josep de Sa Talaia. The streets here are low-density and largely villa-lined, with the landscape opening toward pine-covered hillsides and the characteristic red-earth terrain of the island’s interior. The area occupies a practical middle ground between the rural calm of Sant Josep village and the broader infrastructure of Ibiza town, roughly four kilometres to the northeast.

Sant Josep village, a ten-minute drive, offers daily essentials including a weekly market, local restaurants, and the Can Misses Hospital nearby. Cala Tarida and Cala Conta, two of Ibiza’s most regarded beaches, are under fifteen minutes by car. Ibiza town’s marina, restaurants, and commercial centre are accessible in under ten minutes.

Ibiza Airport is approximately six kilometres from Sa Carroca, reachable in around ten minutes by car, making this one of the more practically connected residential areas on the island. The airport operates year-round flights to major European cities, with significantly expanded routes from April through October. Regular ferry services from Ibiza port connect to Formentera, Mallorca, Valencia, and Barcelona, with the Barcelona crossing taking roughly nine hours by overnight ferry or under an hour by fast catamaran.
