San Pedro De Alcántara Terreno Edificabile

Three adjoining rustic plots for sale in San Pedro Alcántara, situated directly on the boundary of the established Alta Vista urbanisation.

The plots are currently classified as Common Non-Developable Land (Suelo No Urbanizable Común) under the planning regulations currently in force, following the annulment of Marbella’s 2010 General Urban Development Plan (PGOU) by the High Court of Justice of Andalusia in November 2015, which resulted in the reinstatement of the 1986 PGOU.

With the new General Urban Development Plan currently in the process of being developed, a change in the urban planning classification of these plots is anticipated, potentially allowing for their future development and construction. Given their location immediately adjacent to an established residential urbanisation, the plots offer interesting future development potential, subject in all cases to the final approval of the new planning regulations and the relevant urban planning permissions.

The plots are currently undeveloped and have no existing buildings.
