Multifamiliare A San Francisco

Designed by Harold D. Mitchell in 1890 and on the market for the first time in over 50 years, this stately, vacant multi-unit Victorian building in prime Pacific Heights offers an incredible opportunity for an owner-user or investor. Held as a family compound, the building offers a spacious 2bd/2ba full-floor flat on the top floor with 12+ foot ceilings, in-unit washer/dryer, hardwood floors, and period finishes throughout, with access to finished attic space for extra storage. The middle floor has two generously sized 1bd/1ba units with tall ceilings, new flooring, and updated kitchens and baths. The ground floor has a finished studio that could be a true 1bd unit, and opens up to the spacious and landscaped yard. This level also has an additional storage room and a large 1-car garage with washer/dryer hookups. The long driveway could accommodate a second car, and the extra-long lot provides a scenic yard for added privacy or potential for expansion.
