Near Saint-Léger-en-Yvelines, a stone house built in 1980 with traditional craftsmanship using old materials, fully renovated in 2024.

The house combines the charm of the old with modern features and comfort, set on a partly wooded park of over 2.5 hectares.

A very large entrance offers a beautiful view of the park, with a cloakroom and toilets to the left. On one side are the reception rooms, featuring a lovely open-plan American kitchen connected to the dining room and a cathedral ceiling living room with a fireplace that can operate as either open or closed. There is also a mezzanine office. On the other side, on the ground floor, there is a bedroom or TV lounge, a shower room, and toilets.
