Château Moya is an organically certified wine estate ideally located in the heart of the Castillon Côtes-de-Bordeaux appellation, just a few minutes from Saint-Émilion.

The property extends over 8.2 hectares, including 7 hectares currently under vine, planted on a superb clay-limestone terroir in an elevated position. From the hilltop, the estate enjoys exceptional 360-degree panoramic views over the surrounding countryside.

The vineyard is managed and maintained by the same team as Château Gaby, ensuring rigorous technical expertise and high-quality production. Since the first vintage in 2009, between 30,000 and 40,000 bottles have been produced annually.

Château Moya has been certified organic by ECOCERT since the 2013 vintage.

The residential part of the property includes a main house of approximately 200 sqm, as well as a fully renovated guest house of approximately 120 sqm, offering numerous opportunities for hospitality or wine tourism activities.

The estate also benefits from well-maintained operational buildings and a fully equipped winery, allowing for the immediate continuation of the business under excellent conditions.
