A small, cozy house with unforgettable views. When the current owner visited this house for the first time, it was not its size that captivated her. It was its charm, tranquility, and above all, the open views of the bay of Roses. The property has approximately 100 m² and is designed for easy enjoyment. The least photogenic detail? There is an electricity pole in front of the terrace that partially interrupts the view in some perspectives. It is there and it would not make sense to hide it. However, as the owner explains, over time it stops drawing attention and the gaze returns to what is truly important: the bay, the light, and the landscape. It is not a huge house nor does it intend to be one. It is an intimate, bright, and cozy house, completely renovated, with a pool, tourist license, and different outdoor spaces to enjoy the sun, shade, sunrises, and sunsets. One of those houses that may not be fully understood in photographs, but can enchant as soon as you cross the door.
