Villa Roche

We begin with the immense basement. We can enter through the garage or through a staircase from the garden. The floor of the basement, as well as the interior of the entire house, is made of microcement. The sky blue colour imitates the sea and its waves with soft drawn lines. On this floor we have a magnificent living room, with a functional and nautical decoration. The light enters directly from the pool on the ground floor through a glass. It has an industrial kitchen and laundry room. Service area consisting of a bathroom and bedroom with direct access from the spiral staircase. The floor is completed with a guest room, a bathroom and a cinema room with huge sofas that can become the improvised bedroom of the little ones and not so little ones when sleep overcomes. Right next to the garage, we have the storage room and electrical panels, well arranged, signposted and ventilated. In this regard, the basement has a sustainable air renewal system.

We go up to the ground floor and find a space in the garden dedicated to showers, bicycle parking and a clothesline at the entrance, ideal when returning from the beach. We continue ascending and a magnificent solarium appears before our eyes. The unique swimming pool it houses leaves no one indifferent. It is a biological pool that is purified by the fish at its feet in a kind of stream. There is also a dining room with a barbecue and a toilet on the roof terrace.

The house has interior and façade cladding with Morón lime, which is ancient and natural.
