Villa Sulla Spiaggia A Marbesa

Marbesa is a low-density residential enclave sitting directly behind the beach between Elviria and Cabopino, roughly 12 kilometres east of Marbella’s centre. The area is defined by mature pine and eucalyptus gardens, wide sandy lanes, and single-family villas set on generous plots. It occupies a quieter stretch of the Costa del Sol coastline, away from the high-rise density of central Marbella, yet close enough to benefit from the full infrastructure of the wider Golden Mile corridor.

The beach at Marbesa is a short walk from most plots. Chiringuito Marbesa and La Playa de Elvira serve lunch and sundowners directly on the sand. Cabopino marina, with its restaurants and small yacht harbour, is a five-minute drive east. The commercial centre of Elviria, with supermarkets, pharmacies, and casual dining, is under two kilometres away.

Marbella centre is approximately 15 minutes by car via the A-7 coastal road. Malaga Airport, the main international hub for the Costa del Sol, is around 45 minutes by car and operates direct routes to most major European cities year-round. The AP-7 toll motorway provides faster access when traffic on the coastal road is heavy, particularly in summer months.
