Schlipfweg (Riehen)

Nestled between vineyards and expansive green spaces, the ”Haus Im Schlipf” presents itself as a true gem for enthusiasts. Designed by the renowned architect Hans Schmidt, this residential building combines historical architecture with a unique location amidst nature and vineyards.
The property is particularly charming due to its thoughtful layout, close connection to the outdoor space, and the generous garden featuring a pizza oven, shed, and beehive. A garage with an additional parking space and a rooftop terrace, as well as another outdoor parking space, complement the attractive offering.
The listed building shows slight renovation needs and offers the rare opportunity to carefully preserve its historical character in coordination with heritage conservation while further developing it with personal ideas.
We would be pleased to show you this special jewel during a personal viewing and look forward to your contact.
