Thelxi

Perched on a landmark plot on the hills above Bali, Crete, Thelxi is an elegant private residence defined by panoramic sea views, contemporary architecture and an exceptional sense of tranquillity. Overlooking the sheltered bay and the Cretan coastline, the villa occupies a privileged position where the natural beauty of the landscape becomes an integral part of everyday life.

Set within approximately 4,300 sq.m. of private grounds, the 265 sq.m. residence has been thoughtfully designed to embrace its surroundings. Generous openings, natural light and refined contemporary finishes create a seamless connection between the sophisticated interiors and the expansive outdoor spaces.

The villa offers six en-suite bedrooms, each conceived as a private retreat, together with generous open-plan living and dining areas and a contemporary kitchen. The layout is equally suited to relaxed family living and entertaining, with the main living spaces opening directly onto the terraces and the magnificent views beyond.

The outdoor spaces are at the heart of Thelxi. A 45 sq.m. infinity pool with integrated jacuzzi overlooks the sea, creating a striking sense of continuity between water and horizon. Expansive terraces, shaded lounge areas and an elegant outdoor dining setting provide the perfect environment for long summer days, sunset gatherings and moments of complete relaxation.

A fully equipped outdoor dining and BBQ area, complete with a fridge, sink, stove and gas grill, provides an inviting setting for relaxed gatherings against the spectacular backdrop.

A private fitness room and generous landscaped grounds further enhance the feeling of a secluded luxury retreat, while the elevated position ensures privacy and uninterrupted views across the coastline.

Located in Bali, between Rethymno and Heraklion, the property combines the serenity of an elevated coastal setting with convenient access to both cities and the area’s wonderful beaches, restaurants and amenities.

Thelxi is a refined expression of contemporary Cretan living — a private sanctuary where architecture, light and the infinite blue of the Cretan Sea come together in perfect harmony.
