A group of 17th-century rural edifices with eight hectares of grounds, tucked away in France’s unspoilt Perche nature park, 150 kilometres from Paris. The property lies at the end of a tree-lined lane, in a commanding position on a wooded hillside. The five buildings that make up the group of rural edifices are arranged around a former court. Together, they form a hamlet-like collection of 17th-century buildings. Each of these edifices has been fully renovated. In total, they offer 10 bedrooms and 24 beds, as well as a reception hall and a restaurant with a bar. The elevations are coated with a regional sand-based rendering and are punctuated with windows set in surrounds of white stone. The buildings are crowned with gabled roofs of flat tiles. On the south side, there is a swimming pool beside a shelter and a hot tub. You can reach this pool area from a path.
