Berna Costruzioni Srl will offer temporary/short-term rentals, ranging from a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 18 months, of 89 apartments consisting of one- and two-bedroom units at the ”Prima Luce” Complex located in Saracinello Croce, Via Longhi Pernasiti (RC), opposite the Francesco Cozza sports center, five minutes from the San Gregorio highway exit.

The apartments were built as part of the regional pilot program under the call: ”Implementation of a pilot and experimental program aimed at permanent rental management to support solidarity housing models in cities with populations over 30,000” in the Valanidi area of Reggio Calabria, D.G.R. no. 347/2012, D.G.R. 452/2014 by Berna Costruzioni S.R.L., D.D.G. The available apartment types are:

- Those unable to afford market-rate rents following job loss;
- Tourists, individually or in organized groups, usually belonging to cooperatives or associations, seeking short-term affordable accommodation;
- Individuals with physical or mental disabilities;
- Elderly people, including those not self-sufficient.

All interested parties may apply and submit requests at the real estate agency responsible for managing the rentals.
