Casa San Giorgio

Casa St. George | A Sanctuary Among the Trees

Some homes invite you to linger, to enjoy life at a leisurely pace, and to discover beauty in the smallest moments. Casa St. George is one such place. Located at the Balvanera Golf & Polo Club in Querétaro, this residence—designed by architect Miguel Concha—seamlessly blends communal living areas with intimate, private nooks, all while maintaining a privileged connection to nature.

Surrounded by trees and lush vegetation, the house opens up to views of the golf course. The foyer leads into the living room, while a dining terrace, shaded by a tree, provides an enchanting setting for long, relaxed conversations after a meal. A fully equipped kitchen and a casual breakfast area cater to daily life; as evening falls, the terrace—complete with a fireplace—invites everyone to gather around the warmth of the fire. A swimming pool and garden complete this serene environment.

On the upper level, the primary bedroom features a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace perfect for taking in the landscape. Two additional bedrooms—each with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet—offer privacy while sharing a cozy family room. A gym rounds out this level.

The basement is dedicated to leisure, housing a game area, a bar, and a library, as well as a spa with a full bathroom and sauna—an invitation to pause and focus on personal well-being.

The residence also includes a covered garage for three cars, a laundry room, staff quarters, a dedicated storage space for luggage, and an additional, spacious storage room.

Casa St. George is an invitation to live amidst the warmth of a home and the beauty of the landscape, with the golf course as your horizon and nature as your constant companion.
