Proprietà Finca Avant Garde

Today, we would like to offer you an astounding opportunity to realize one of the most unique prime locations for a dream Finca in Puerto de Andratx, on a plot of over 97,000 m2.
This truly Mediterranean plot will stand the test of time. The project design incorporates stylish features linked to the heritage of the plot & its Mallorquín location. Moreover, we encounter elements of modern technology throughout the Finca, granting a luxurious living environment! The land in Puerto de Andratx withholds a valid building permit, with direct access from the main road and two alternative access points via two public “Caminos”. This superior residence occupies approximately 150 almond trees, with possibilities for a water well, a high-speed fibre optic network and all relevant street water & electric connections. With the approval now granted from the Consell, the construction of one of the last mega fincas may finally commence from its future owner.
The feature of the project includes the main Finca with two additional annexes, which hold fitness & spa areas, a double garage, and a spacious terrace with a wide infinity pool.
The choice is yours!
