Terra DI Puerto Andratx

Port d’Andratx occupies the southwestern tip of Mallorca and is widely regarded as the island’s most prestigious marina address. The port is defined by its deep natural harbour, lined with superyachts and traditional fishing vessels, and framed by pine-covered hillsides. The residential areas above the waterfront are characterised by substantial private villas set on generous plots, with a consistent architectural standard that has made this one of the most sought-after addresses in the Balearics.

The harbour promenade holds a concentrated selection of well-regarded restaurants, including Layn and Miramar, alongside the Real Club de Vela, the local yacht club. The weekly market in the nearby town of Andratx is a ten-minute drive inland. Palma’s old town is approximately 35 kilometres east.

Port d’Andratx sits roughly 35 kilometres southwest of Palma, a journey of around 40 minutes by car via the Ma-1 motorway. Palma de Mallorca Airport handles direct connections to most major European cities, with flight times of under two and a half hours to London, Paris, and Frankfurt. There is no rail connection to the port itself, making a car essential for daily use.
