Villa Aurora | Nuova Casa DI Lusso 5 Br A Pochi Minuti Da Playa Penca E Potrero

Welcome to Villa Aurora.

This is a brand-new property located just a few minutes from Playa Penca and the town of Potrero, two of the most beautiful and convenient areas along this part of the Guanacaste coast.

The home offers 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, with 296 m² of total construction and 201 m² of interior living space, sitting on a 757 m² lot. It comes fully furnished and turnkey, so it’s ready to enjoy from day one.

One of the things I really like about this property is the layout. The main house features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and in addition to that there are three independent bedroom suites. This creates a lot of flexibility — whether you’re hosting friends and family or operating the home as a vacation rental.

Because of this setup, the property can comfortably sleep up to 10 people, which makes it a strong option for rentals while still working beautifully as a private home.

At the center of the property you’ll find an oversized swimming pool, surrounded by the different living spaces. There’s also a large outdoor kitchen and dining area, which is perfect for spending time outside, entertaining guests, or simply enjoying the warm evenings here in Costa Rica. Right next to the pool there’s also a fire pit seating area, creating another nice place to gather.

The home was built with solid construction, and since it’s brand new, everything is in excellent condition and ready for the next owner.

Location-wise, you’re just a short drive from Playa Penca, one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, and only minutes from Potrero, where you’ll find restaurants, groceries, and the new marina.

With its high bedroom count, flexible design, and proximity to the beach, Villa Aurora works very well for someone looking for a home they can enjoy personally while also having strong rental potential.

If you’d like to learn more or schedule a private showing, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to walk you through the property.
