Progetto DI Villa A Porto Petro Con Vista Ininterrotta Sul Mare A Colònia Del Silencio

Porto Petro is a small, sheltered fishing village on the southeastern coast of Mallorca, within the municipality of Santanyí. The Colonia del Silencio is its most exclusive residential enclave, occupying a promontory directly above the natural harbour. The area is defined by low-density development, strict building controls, and direct frontage onto the protected waters of the Portopetro inlet. The surrounding coastline falls within the Llevant natural park, which effectively limits future construction and preserves the character of the area.

The village has a small marina, a handful of waterfront restaurants including Es Mollet, and direct access to coves such as Cala Mondragó, a protected beach roughly ten minutes by car. Santanyí town, with its Saturday market, additional restaurants, and services, is approximately fifteen minutes inland by car.

Palma de Mallorca is approximately 65 kilometres from Porto Petro, a drive of around 55 to 65 minutes via the Ma-19 and Ma-5300. Palma Airport, which operates year-round international routes to most major European cities and connects seasonally to long-haul destinations, is roughly the same distance and travel time. The nearest larger town with full commercial services is Felanitx, approximately 20 minutes by car.
