Bah034 Villa Progettata Da David Bastos A Trancoso

Situated within the prestigious Villavista Golf estate, near Trancoso, this elegant villa designed by Brazilian architect David Bastos offers a refined interpretation of the “tropical fazenda” style, blending contemporary design, warm materials, and a constant connection with nature.

Bathed in natural light thanks to its large windows, the home is organized around expansive living areas that open onto the gardens. The architecture emphasizes a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating an atmosphere that is at once sophisticated, relaxed, and perfectly suited to Bahia’s climate.

The property features six bedrooms spread across two levels. Upstairs, the master suite includes a king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, a sitting area, a television, a balcony, and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and double shower—all with views of the garden. Three other suites complete this level, two of which are particularly spacious and feature walk-in closets and balconies equipped with hammocks. On the ground floor, two additional suites also enjoy pleasant views of the surrounding greenery.

The outdoor spaces are one of the property’s major highlights. A large, organically shaped pool is surrounded by a generous wooden deck, creating a true haven of relaxation in the heart of the tropical garden. Nearby, the gourmet area with a barbecue and pizza oven is ideal for family lunches, gatherings, and long evenings outdoors.

The villa is sold furnished and features air conditioning, internet access, an irrigation system, and generous outdoor living spaces.

Terravista residents also enjoy a particularly privileged setting, with 24-hour security, a golf course, a fitness center, tennis courts, a multi-sport field, and a children’s playground.

A property with character for those seeking an elegant family home within one of the most exclusive developments in the Trancoso region, combining Brazilian architecture, open spaces, tropical nature, and high-end recreational facilities.
