This project, designed by architect José Carlos Cruz, is inspired by the aesthetics of Piet Mondrian, a Dutch artist known for his works with pure colors where nature is the dominant element.
The apartments are designed to emphasize this connection in the various landscaped areas and private gardens.
The facade composition highlights precise lines, symmetry, geometric shapes, and elegant materials.

Location is a key element of PURE, with Av. da Boavista just 100 meters away, access to VCI at 200 meters, proximity to the sea, and cultural landmarks such as Parque da Cidade, Museu de Serralves, Fundação Dr. António Cupertino de Miranda, Casa da Música, Mercado Bom Sucesso (”unique food market in Oporto”), and the Porto Botanical Garden.
