It has a grotto under a small veranda and a bridge crossing the pond. The garden includes various tree species, notably very old camellia trees with an interesting variety of flowers.

Along the street leading to the vehicle access gate, there is a forest of oaks, lindens, and cedars, some quite old, and a granite staircase with benches and flower boxes descending towards Rua Zeca Afonso, ending at another pedestrian access gate.

About 12 hectares are cultivated with vines, mainly Loureiro and Trajadura varieties, replanted about 10 years ago.

In the Quinta de Cima housing complex, there are also granite ruins needing restoration—old caretaker houses and cattle, goat, and sheep barns.

The estate also includes small oak and cork oak groves in granite soil areas and several springs with good water.

Adjacent to the estate is a large area of about 6 hectares with very fertile cultivation land and a well, Quinta das Agras, which can be sold separately. The area excluding Agras is 18.1 hectares; with Agras, it totals about 25 hectares.

Agras has a small independent exit near a residential area with houses (see aerial photo). It also includes a wooded area with various pines, cork oaks, and eucalyptus.

Although this property belongs to Famalicão, it is closer to Sto Tirso and has a railway station on the Guimarães line near the gate, the Caniços Station.

It is just a few meters from the Ave River line.
