In 2017, we moved our headquarters to the Foz waterfront, where we opened a highly visible KA flagship store.

In 2019, we participated in two Real Estate Fairs, launched the first KA magazine and developed other tools in the field of real estate consultancy.
In January 2020, we created a movement to support a noble cause: “Let’s help the homeless” - Let’s find homes for the homeless in Porto.
In 2021, we expanded the KA brand to other areas of the country, namely in the Golden Triangle, Algarve.
