Port d’Andratx occupies the southwestern tip of Mallorca, where a deep natural harbour opens to the Mediterranean between pine-covered hillsides. Unlike the resort-heavy coastline to the east, this former fishing village has retained its working port character alongside a well-established reputation as the island’s most prestigious marina address. The absence of large hotels has kept the scale intimate, and the residential stock is dominated by high-value villas and apartments commanding harbour or open-sea orientations.

The harbour promenade is lined with year-round restaurants, including Layn and Miramar, alongside the Club de Vela sailing club. Camp de Mar, five minutes by car, has the nearest sandy beach and the Golf de Andratx course. Andratx town, with its weekly market and supermarkets, is a ten-minute drive inland.

Palma is approximately 35 kilometres east via the Ma-1 motorway, a journey of around 25 to 30 minutes under normal conditions. Palma de Mallorca Airport sits roughly 40 kilometres away, reachable in under 35 minutes by car. The airport operates direct routes to most major European cities year-round, with frequency increasing substantially between April and October. There is no rail connection to this part of the island, so a car is essential.
