The complex has 14,862 m² (3.67 acres) of estate that includes the main pazo of 675 m² with 16 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, distributed over two floors plus crenellated tower. The interiors preserve original coffered ceilings, period furniture, glazed galleries and all historic architectural elements.
The 85 m² chapel features a baroque carved wooden altarpiece and double access. The Galician hórreo, supported on 12 stone pillars, constitutes a rarity due to its size. The 150 m² caretakers’ house has been modernised. The romantic gardens include a magnolia avenue and centennial hydrangeas.
The strategic location places the property 28 km from Vigo, 43 km from Santiago de Compostela, 20 minutes from the best beaches of the Rías Baixas and with immediate access to Pontevedra’s historic centre.
A stone dated 1620 attests to the antiquity of the property, where King Alfonso XIII’s Council of Ministers walked. It offers infinite possibilities as residence, boutique hotel, events centre or institutional headquarters.
