The village, expertly restored, consists of several buildings and has access via a private road that connects the hill to the provincial road. There are 6 independent apartments in the village, various common areas, a kitchen, and several storage rooms. Outside the structure, we find the swimming pool and gardens in typical Florentine style. The estate is completed by 15 hectares of land, divided as follows: approximately 5 and a half hectares of olive grove, approximately 8 hectares of forest, approximately 1 and a half hectares of gardens and pasture + a 140 sqm barn.
