Masseria Selvafina

Masseria Selvafina is located in the heart of the countryside around Polignano a Mare, on the border with the Monopoli area.

This extraordinary rural complex is a rare and well-preserved example of historic architecture, once owned by the noble family of Don Leonardo Sgobba (a figure associated with the famous Palazzo Sgobba in Castellana Grotte).

The majestic facade is distinguished by defensive turrets at the corners and by its unmistakable dark red stucco, interspersed with decorative cornices and ochre-yellow moldings around the windows. A spacious panoramic balcony visually dominates the entire outer courtyard.
