In Brittany, nestled within the heights of Val-André, an early 20th-century villa, its garden and panoramic sea view. The house appears around a bend in the road, at the same time as the panoramic view of the Val-André beach. Accessible by foot via a gate, then a flight of stairs to the elevated garden, it also has a second entrance to the north of the property. On the street below, lined with a high rubble stone wall and local rose sandstone guardrails, a garage door provides access to a garage located under a portion of the garden.
