The villa

The villa consists of four floors in total. On the ground floor (level 1), there is a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a toilet. The main entrance of the villa is on this level, as well as a storage room with the boiler and the washing machine and dryer. Large windows make the most of the views and lead to a spacious terrace that completes this part of the house. The first floor (level 2) is reached through marble stairs and features three bedrooms, a bathroom with two sinks and a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. There is also a storage room on this floor and a balcony. The second floor (level 3) is a large attic room with a separate bathroom with a shower. There is a separate entrance enabling complete privacy. The third floor (level -1) contains the guest house, which is reached through an external staircase, that leads down to the large balcony. This floor consists of two bedrooms, one slightly larger than the other, a bathroom with a shower, an open-plan equipped kitchen with a small dining area, and a private terrace in front. Exterior grounds
