Excellence in cultivation
The estate has 64,000 olive trees under drip irrigation. The age distribution ensures a balance between immediate productivity and future sustainability:
- 15,000 olive trees aged 35-40 years. - 5,000 olive trees aged 25-30 years. - 44,000 olive trees aged 20-25 years. - 8,000 Arbequina variety olive trees, highly demanded by the international market.
Production has reached up to 2,000,000 kilos of olives in some years, establishing the estate among the most productive in the region.
Strategic water resources
Supply is secured through:
- Two water reservoirs with capacities of 121,554 m³ and 10,000 m³. - Irrigation quota of 74.77 l/s granted by the Guadalquivir Hydrographic Confederation. - Irrigable area: 425 hectares, with water sourced from the Guadiana Menor river.
State-of-the-art olive mill
Built in December 2000, the olive mill has over 1,000,000 liters capacity in stainless steel tanks (including 50,000 and 54,000-liter drums), a quality control laboratory, and a bottling and labeling line. It also features 2 continuous two-phase Hiller systems, a pitter, settling ponds, and all necessary infrastructure to guarantee traceability and oil excellence.
Residential and recreational infrastructure
