Pty012 Tenuta DI Quasi 27 Ettari Con Pensione E Ristorante A Paraty

Set in the heart of the Atlantic Forest in Sertão da Indaiatiba, just 16 km from Paraty’s historic center, this remarkable 269,242 m², nearly 27-hectare estate combines an exceptional natural setting with a guesthouse and restaurant established for more than three decades.

The property comprises two large plots surrounded by preserved tropical vegetation and bordered by the waters of the Indaiatiba waterfall. Cascades, natural pools, springs and extensive gardens create an exceptionally beautiful and secluded environment.

The guesthouse offers five en-suite bedrooms accommodating approximately 12 guests. Accommodation includes two spacious lofts of approximately 42 m² with fireplaces, air conditioning, ofurô tubs and terraces overlooking the forest and waterfall; a private bungalow with bedroom, living room, fireplace and veranda; and two additional suites.

The estate is also home to an intimate restaurant established in 1992 around Franco-Brazilian-inspired cuisine. Its longstanding gastronomic tradition has become an integral part of the property’s identity.

The outdoor areas are designed to make the most of the natural surroundings, with extensive tropical gardens, a sauna beside the waterfall, a swimming lane supplied by natural water and an orchard producing a variety of tropical fruits, as well as açaí, juçara and pupunha.

The surrounding Atlantic Forest supports remarkable biodiversity and provides a privileged setting for birdwatching and observing the region’s native flora and fauna.

Sold furnished, this is a rare opportunity in Paraty: an extensive natural estate combining hospitality, gastronomy and nearly 27 hectares of forest, gardens and tropical landscapes.
