Born from the ruins of an old stables, restored in 1979 by architect Josep Pratmarsó commissioned by Dr. Santiago Dexeus, it retains its original architectural identity. It has recently been refurbished with impeccable taste, balancing the rustic character with contemporary comforts, warm and sophisticated interiors, and a luminosity that is unusual in this type of historic building.
Distributed over 3 floors, it offers versatile spaces full of personality. On the first floor there is a vaulted entrance hall, kitchen with dining area, living room, bathroom and an interior courtyard that acts as a private oasis. The second floor houses the master bedroom suite with office, another double bedroom, dressing room convertible into an additional bedroom and bathroom.
