Vineyards and wine are timeless elements of a natural but also human landscape.
From the cultivation process to pruning, from harvesting to the treatment of the final product, an elaborate method of consumption follows, which is almost like a ritual. Tasting a good wine is almost guaranteed access to its past, recognizing places, facts, individuals and families who made it, making this whole process something magical.

I will present a wine estate located in Poceirão/Palmela with 13.05 hectares, where 8.875 hectares are of Casta Piriquita vineyards. With a storage capacity of 400,000 liters and an annual production of 150,000 liters and an entire production line that goes from harvesting, to receiving the grapes in the cellar, which is a specific container that receives and distributes the grapes, without crushing or damaging them. , stemming, crushing, draining and of course fermentation, finally bottling and corking the much-loved nectar.

The estate also consists of two single-story houses for housing, one with a covered surface of 93m2 consisting of five rooms and three outbuildings with a surface of 76m2 for use as a stable, cellar and storage room.
The second single-story house has a covered area of ​​58m2 with two rooms and is attached to two outbuildings with an area of ​​87m2 for a stable and haystack.
