Villa Storica In Stile Art Nouveau In Vendita A Palma El Terreno

This authentic Art Nouveau villa is one of the most famous in El Terreno, centrally located between The Paseo Maritimo with its harbour and nightlife, yet just as close to the centre and beaches of Palma.

There was already a hotel license that could be reactivated, which would allow for various possible uses, e.g. “coliving”.

The emblematic property currently has 5 spacious residential units, each with kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, all recently renovated. The highlight of the property is the large roof terrace with panoramic sea views and views of the cathedral and Bellver Castle.

The building can also be used as a residential building, here are officially 6 residential units possible.

A swimming pool is also possible.

On the ground floor there is space for a restaurant with kitchen.
