The villa is located in the heart of this community, just a couple of minutes or so walk away from the waterfront. A gated driveway leads to the double car port and parking area and a stone pathway to the front patio and main entrance. To the left is the media room leading to the two king size bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms. The rear bedroom has a large additional space currently used as a craft workshop, which could be converted to an office space or study. The front bedroom looks out over the gardens.
