Ca Na Ferrera, an estate whose origins date back to the 18th century, located in the Orient Valley, one of the most peaceful and fertile areas of the island. A project to recover the original size composed of different volumes with, surrounded by large terraces and a large garden with views of the magnificent Orient Valley. On the ground floor, a large hall and main staircase that connects with the upper floor distributes the two wings of the floor. On one side there is a large living-dining room open to the entrance patio with a fireplace facing the interior patio where we have recovered the old oil mill. In this wing there is also a guest area with bedroom, bathroom and dressing room. At the other end, we find the kitchen with dining room and fireplace area, laundry-ironing room and the housekeepers’ living quarters, and a pergola that houses the outdoor dining area. On the upper floor, there are 3 suites with beautiful views of the landscape. Thanks to the unbeatable location of the plot and the studied distribution of the rooms, all the rooms enjoy good views of the valley and excellent orientation. The project includes a parking area for cars, motorbikes and bicycles. The materials that make up this propertry are inspired by the traditional architecture of the island, recovering the image of the Mallorcan possession with all its splendour and the maximum comfort of a 21st century home.

Orient is a town that is located in the municipality of Buñola, Mallorca. It is characterized by being divided into 4 rural estates that extend along the Orient Valley, one of the most fertile areas of the island.
