Fabulosa Masía Ontinyent

The Casa dels Capellans was the residence of the owners of the ”Els Capellans de Agullent” estate. The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century following the style of stately homes of the era, surrounded by a large estate.

This estate was subdivided in the 1970s, leaving the current plot on three levels with a pine grove, a swimming pool with two fields, and the main area where the house is located.

Its main facade faces south, allowing perfect ventilation in the direction of the prevailing east-west winds. The estate was occupied by the owners’ family and had an attached secondary dwelling where the foreman’s family lived. The estate was vacated in the 1960s until its sale.

From 1997 to 2004, the entire building was renovated, renewing the interior with new installations. All the windows were opened and remodeled, the first-floor floors and the entire roof were reinforced, strengthening the upper ring to create a perfectly assembled structure. The secondary dwelling was demolished, and the west facade was rebuilt, along with the parking area, the northeast pergola, and a canopy at the main entrance. A separate swimming pool with its pergola and changing rooms was also built. Since then, the house has been continuously occupied.

The main installations of the house include:
- Heat pump with a water circuit heating/cooling system and fan coils with thermostats in each room, plus two independent air conditioning splits for the living room and master bedroom.
- Electric water heater and circulation pump in the closed hot water circuit.
- PVC windows with motorized blinds and mosquito nets, double glazing, with safety glass on the ground floor.
- One active water supply, with connection already installed for a second supply from another local water company, and an emergency water tank with pump to provide service throughout the house.
- Private wastewater treatment system with three tanks.
- 4.8 kWh solar panel installation. Electric car charger.
- Starlink high-speed internet.
- Pool filtration system with saline treatment for maintenance.
- Automatic drip irrigation system for the garden.
- Intercom for the exterior door.
- Whirlpool bathtub in the master bedroom.
- Electric double-elevation bed in the master bedroom.

Additionally, a tractor with a brush cutter and trailer, as well as all necessary tools for maintaining the property.
