’Quinta do Monte de S. Miguel Arcanjo’, with an area of 6.8 hectares | 68,000 m², is located in the heart of the São Mamede Natural Park, close to Castelo de Vide and Marvão, in the Alentejo region. The property consists of a rustic part and an urban part.
The house is built on a slope and supported by traditional Portuguese stone walls over a vast area, which were rebuilt after its acquisition. The access wall to the house is 50 meters long and 3 meters high, followed by another 2.5 meters high with a staircase, ending with a 1.5-meter-high wall.
It borders a natural spring water source and a tank/swimming pool with a capacity of 10,000 liters. There is lighting in several points of the estate, which, when lit at night, creates a particularly magical atmosphere.
The land of the estate is composed of olive trees, oaks, cork oaks, and various fruit trees. A cork harvest is expected in 2029, with annual production of olive oil and table olives as well. The property also includes a large fertile field ideal for horticulture.
