This sublime, quintessential Creole building was first constructed about 1830 and is now known as the Alberta Kinsey Townhouse. Rarely does such an architecturally intact building, now under condominium regime, come up for sale in the French Quarter, much less in the State of Louisiana. In fact, I (Peter Patout -listing agent) know of only four pre-1830 largely intact townhouses in the French Quarter, this being one of them.
