A former farmstead, transformed into an event venue, with its dwelling and outbuildings, 15 kilometres from Nemours, in the Gâtinais natural region. Dating from 1870, the farmstead was entirely restored and transformed into accommodations and an event venue about twenty years ago. With approximately 700 m² of total floor area and more than 5,700 m² of land, it includes a dwelling, four guest accommodations and two reception halls.

Accessible via a long asphalt lane through the surrounding fields, which eventually leads to a large wrought-iron gate that faces a field of poppies, the property’s gate opens on to a gravel courtyard, enclosed by tall rubble stone walls, which provide glimpses of the two-storey building’s impressive façade, flanked by two towers and topped with a pediment. Two tall magnolias, planted on either side of the edifice’s front steps, welcome visitors, whereas a wide covered area provides parking for several vehicles.

Further on, two gardens, separated by a hedge, one of which features a swimming pool, patio and guest cottage, are located towards the back of the property and planted with a majestic walnut tree and a bed of lavender.
