Casa Emblematica In Vendita Nel Centro DI Muro.

Emblematic house for sale in the centre of Muro.
The first time I entered this house, I was overcome by the majesty of its entrance and felt an atmosphere that took me back to times gone by, to the beginning of the 20th century. I remained pensive and imagined the daily activity in this emblematic house in Muro.
A large house with a lot of Mallorcan character.
An immense living room dominated by a central column which ends on the first floor supporting the central beam of the house.
Wooden ceiling on the ground floor in good condition, although it needs to be restored.
Traditional kitchen, small living room with access to the garden of 140 square meters and garage.
On the first floor are the bedrooms and a living room illuminated by a multitude of windows, these were old columns sculpted in marés. In the centre of this room we find the continuation of the central pillar.
From the street you can access to a house reformed in the 60s which would be part of this building.
Roof renovated 2 years ago.
