Mougins occupies a hilltop position in the Alpes-Maritimes, roughly six kilometres north of Cannes, and has long attracted a discerning international community drawn by its combination of Provençal character and proximity to the Côte d’Azur. The A8 motorway provides fast access along the coast toward Monaco, approximately 45 minutes east, and to Aix-en-Provence to the west.
