A regular bus service runs up and down the valley providing easy access to the centre of Morzine and stops at the Nyon lift, that sits 650m from the chalet. In the summer the valley is well known for its extensive walking trails, away from the lift system, and in winter for touring skiing and an impressive off-piste itinerary that drops down from the back of Avoriaz. The centre is just 3 minutes away by car and 23 minutes on foot.

Built in 2014 by a respected local artisan, the chalet is laid out over three floors with 5 principal bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a TV room that can also be used as a sixth bedroom with bunk beds for larger groups of friends and family.

The open plan living room has high sloping ceilings with visible beam work, an open plan kitchen and dining area that leads into a lounge with a wood burner, whilst sliding doors open on to a balcony terrace.

Equipped with a hot tub, spacious ski and boot room with plenty of space for bikes and other sports equipment, a utility room and a laundry room. The chalet has functioned successfully as a second home and a weekly winter and summer rental since it was built.
