Main dishes consist of hand-made tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms or truffle, wild boar ”maltagliati” , pappardelle with trout, maccheroncini or gnocchi with ragù sauce or freshly prepared polenta
Second dishes based on local meat , grilled mutton, lamb, kid and pig
Another tipical dish is the local grilled trout
Among the specialities , you can taste ”wild boar in salmi” , lamb cutlets and mixed fried

The restaurant is equipped wtih a reception with a café , three rooms that could host up to 130 people and a comfortable portico where you can enjoy the breeze of the river and the views over the Sibillini mountains.
