Sulla collina di Monteleone a due passi dal borgo medievale, immerso nella natura con splendida vista panoramica sulle colline e sul mare Adriatico: un complesso ricettivo Bed & Breakfast su oltre 4000 mq di parco. La struttura è divisa in due parti: la Villa con la casa padronale e le camere che servono il B&B come una bella cucina con camino, la sala colazioni, la zona relax, la reception oltre a tre ulteriori mini appartamenti con ingresso indipendente. Il tutto finemente arredato e ristrutturato con sapiente conoscenza nel rispetto dello stile originale. La seconda struttura, costruita di nuova costruzione nel 2007, comprende 5 camere con ingresso indipendente, tutte con bagno privato e patio ed inoltre completamente arredate ognuna con diverse tinte e colori, richiamando lo stile impreziosito della casa padronale. strutture di deposito. All finely furnished and renovated with masterly knowledge in respect of the original style. The second structure, built new in 2007, includes 5 rooms with private entrance, all with private bathroom and patio and also fully furnished each with different tints and colors, recalling the embellished style of the Manor house.
At the back of the building there is the larger apartment and the laundry and storage facilities. Between the two bodies has been carefully inserted an elegant pool surrounded by greenery with a view of the whole structure and the surrounding hills

The village with the castle in the center dates back to the thirteenth century, is about 20km from the sea of Cesenatico and was awarded the Italian Touring Club with the Orange flag by virtue of the well-preserved village, peopled and harmonious. To a good tourist signposting for local producers, an excellent trail network, developed and well marked.
