The Villa is arranged over two floors and covers a surface of 500 sqm. Beutifully appointed throughout, the villa can accommodate up to 6 people in  3 en-suite double bedrooms in the main house.

Villa Napoleon has 3 large bright double bedrooms, all en-suite and air conditioned on the first floor, where you will also find a beautiful study/reading room.

Each bedroom is individually styled with made to measure locally crafted furniture and most comfortable large beds.

One of the bathroom has a walk in shower, the other two have a bath tub with shower over.

They are all beautifully finished with Portuguese marble countertops and floors and luxury fittings.


On the ground floor there are a fully equipped kitchen, with log burning stove and direct access to a large paved patio area (perfect for breakfasts), a large bright formal dining room with antique fireplace, a smaller additional dining room with glass door and direct access to the garden, a double salon/drawing room with a further fireplace and floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to the stunning terrace, fully furnished for al fresco dining and perfect for glorious aperitifs in front of the sunset.

The terrace enjoys incredible views over the Tuscan hills. A further service bathroom/powder room and a utility room complete the ground floor.

Each room of the villa is individually decorated to the highest standards and enjoys breathtaking uninterrupted views of the Tuscan countryside.

Original Biedermeier pieces of furniture, rare empire paintings and magnificent mirrors perfectly compliment the handmade linen curtains and the large comfy white sofas, while the antique fireplaces, the sand stone floors and the pastel hues of the Venetian plaster remind you of the heritage of this truly unique home.

The outdoor area is just as beautiful as the interior. Villa Napoleon is surrounded by large totally private panoramic landscaped gardens with olive groves, lemon trees, mediterranean flowers and shrubs and a stylish salt water swimming pool (8 x 14 meters).

The solarium area around the pool is furnished with comfy elegant daybeds and parasols, and shady retreats and hideaway spots are scattered all around the gardens for you to explore…

In a stunning hilltop location in the outskirts of Florence sits the privately-owned Estate of Torre il Fico.
