Megève — Mont D'arbois | Chalet Storico Da Reinventare

In the heart of the prestigious Mont d’Arbois estate, this emblematic 650 m² chalet signed by Jean Walter and Henry Jacques Le Même embodies an exceptional architectural and artistic heritage. Built in 1939 for Domenica Walter, a major figure in European collecting, it was designed as a true haven dedicated to art and contemplation.

Built on a 1,355 m² plot, it retains remarkable features such as its monumental frescoes, period woodwork, and its spectacular vaulted lounge open onto the Alps. A building permit already obtained, issued under the former PLU, provides a rare opportunity to transform this historic residence into a contemporary prestigious dwelling while preserving its unique identity.

A collector’s property where heritage, architecture, and art meet in one of Megève’s most sought-after locations.
